How do I install the app?
Install Modera from the Shopify App Store. After installation, open the app from your Shopify admin and follow the setup wizard to configure the virtual try-on widget on your product pages.
Which Shopify themes are supported?
Modera works with all Shopify themes including Dawn, Refresh, Sense, and custom themes built on Shopify 2.0. The widget integrates directly into your product pages.
How are try-ons counted?
Each time a customer completes a virtual try-on (uploads a photo and sees the result), it counts as one try-on. Browsing the widget without completing a try-on does not count.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Is customer photo data stored?
Customer photos are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
